What durometer should you use?
60/65 durometer is the softest and leaves a minimal ink deposit, its great for very thin ink and water based inks.
70/75 durometer is by far the most popular an versitile in the garment industry; it's a great general purpose blade for just about everything.
80 durometer provides a stronger force and larger deposit for thick opaque inks.
Triple Durometer:
70/90/70 triple durometer gives you a soft edge with a hard center for optimal control
65/90/65 and 75/90/75 available. Best squeegee rubber for automatic presses.
The 90 durometer center will prevent over-flexing the rubber. Soft edge on both sides of the squeegee.
