Shipping policy

Important Announcement:
There may be possible extended freight shipping time. They are currently experiencing some delays. Thank you for understanding.

Pick Up order
- Once place order, the customer service manager will contact you within 12-24hrs, to provide pick-up information.
- We will give you a confirmation text or email to let you know your order is ready for pick up. Please do not come in prior to that. We're working hard to get everyone's order while protecting you and our staff as well!

Shipping Carries:
Products are sent by standard delivery via USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.
Within the 48 US states:
- Goods that do not require special assistance and weigh 150 pounds or less will be sent by standard delivery via UPS, FedEx, etc.
- For all other goods that weigh more than 150 pounds, they will be delivered by truck. We advise checking the weight and delivery areas for the cost of handling and transportation.

Shipping Times:
After receiving your payment, your order will generally be shipped out within 24 to 48 working hours if there is no any special requirement.

Free Shipping:
Free shipping usually arrives in 3-5 Business Days.
Your order may qualify for free shipping on certain purchases — Free Shipping for Orders of Supplies ≥ $799.
Please note that free shipping is only available for contiguous states / not available for non-contiguous states. (AK, HI, PR, APO/FPO, Canada and Mexico.)

Non Contiguous States:
Free shipping is NOT available. Shipments may take up to 5-10 business days.
Please be aware that non contiguous states like Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, etc. do NOT qualify for free shipping and may take longer to arrive than contiguous orders.

Oversized Items:
Oversized items that do not meet weight limitations will be charged a CUSTOM FREIGHT FEE.
If your order contains an equipment/machine purchase that is heavy — approximately 150 pounds or more — a separate custom freight fee will need to be charged with your order. Oversized items cannot be shipped with regular methods and will need to be shipped through a truck line carrier. Please be aware of this notice and contact us for any concerns or questions.

We are not responsible for the mistakes made by UPS, FedEx, or other express delivery companies we may use, for which the customer may claim from ‘such' companies against the loss occurred. (We may carry out relevant delivery policies for which, we advise, to check the announcements published on our website from 'time' to time.)
