Shipping Policy

Important Notice: Due to current freight conditions, shipping times may be extended. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

1. Local Pick-Up Orders

  • Coordination: Once your order is placed, a customer service manager will contact you within 12–24 hours to provide pick-up instructions.

  • Confirmation Required: You will receive a confirmation text or email once your order is ready for collection. Please do not arrive before receiving this notification, as we are working hard to ensure the safety of our staff and customers.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • Standard Delivery: Most items are shipped via UPS, FedEx, USPS, or DHL.

  • Weights 150 lbs or less: Eligible items are sent via standard ground delivery.

  • Oversized Items (Over 150 lbs): Items exceeding 150 lbs or those requiring special handling will be shipped via truck freight. Please contact us to confirm delivery requirements and associated handling costs.

3. Shipping Times & Processing

  • Processing Time: Once payment is received, your order will typically be shipped within 24–48 working hours, provided there are no special requirements.

  • Transit Times:

    • Contiguous U.S. (Free Shipping): Typically arrives in 3–5 business days.

    • Non-Contiguous U.S.: Shipments may take 5–10 business days.

4. Free Shipping Policy

  • Eligibility: Orders of supplies totaling $799 USD or more qualify for Free Standard Shipping.

  • Regional Restrictions: Free shipping is only available for the 48 contiguous United States.

  • Exclusions: Free shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO addresses, Canada, or Mexico.

5. Oversized & Heavy Items

  • Custom Freight Fee: Heavy equipment or machinery (approximately 150 lbs or more) may not be eligible for regular shipping methods and will require shipment via a truck line carrier.

  • Additional Charges: A separate Custom Freight Fee will be charged for these oversized items. Please contact our support team prior to placing your order if you have any questions regarding freight costs for heavy equipment.

6. Carrier Liability & Disclaimers

  • Carrier Responsibility: SHL LA SUPPLY is not responsible for errors or delays caused by third-party carriers (UPS, FedEx, etc.). Any claims regarding lost or damaged shipments should be filed directly with the carrier.

  • Policy Updates: We advise customers to check our website periodically for any announcements regarding updated delivery policies.
