Regular DTF is designed for fabrics (like T-shirts) and requires a powder shaker and a heat press to apply. UV DTF (also known as Crystal Sticker printing) is designed for hard, irregular surfaces (like mugs, glass, metal, wood, and plastic). It prints onto a film, laminates it, and allows you to apply the transfer directly onto the object by hand—no heat press or powder required.

The Epson i3200-U1 is an industrial-grade UV printhead. Compared to the entry-level XP600, the i3200-U1 offers a significantly longer lifespan, faster printing speeds (up to 3x faster), finer ink droplets for higher resolution, and better stability when handling high-density white ink and thick varnish layers.

Yes. This 24-inch (60cm) model is a roll-to-roll integrated printing and laminating machine. It prints the design (White + CMYK + Varnish) onto Film A, and then automatically laminates it with Film B inline. The finished UV DTF transfers are ready to be cut and applied right out of the machine.

Once properly applied to smooth, clean surfaces (like glass or ceramics), UV DTF transfers offer excellent adhesion. They are waterproof, scratch-resistant, and UV-resistant. While they can withstand gentle hand washing, we do not recommend putting them in commercial dishwashers or microwaves due to high heat and aggressive detergents.

This industrial-grade printer usually requires a stable power supply (we offer customized 110V/220V configurations for the US market). Because it uses UV-LED curing lights, it generates minimal heat, but you will need a dedicated space of about 7-8 feet wide to accommodate the 24-inch roll-fed chassis and media take-up system.
