1. Free Shipping Eligibility

Threshold: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all qualifying orders with a subtotal of $799 USD or more.

Calculation: The order value is calculated based on the subtotal after all applicable discounts have been applied.

Processing: Orders meeting this threshold will be processed via standard ground freight at no additional cost to you.

2. Geographical Coverage & Restrictions

Contiguous U.S.: Our free shipping policy applies exclusively to the 48 contiguous United States.

Excluded Regions: Free shipping is not available for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or any offshore U.S. territories, including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Remote Locations: For shipping to these locations, please contact our logistics team to receive a customized shipping quotation based on current carrier rates.

3. Exclusions

Promotional Items: Clearance products, promotional items, and limited-time offers are strictly excluded from the free shipping program.

Shipping Costs: Shipping for these excluded items will be calculated separately based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

Mixed Orders: If an order contains both standard and promotional items, free shipping will only apply to the standard items that meet the $799 threshold independently.

4. Shipping Methods

Carrier Selection: For all qualifying orders, SHL LA SUPPLY reserves the right to select the most efficient shipping carrier and method.

Expedited Shipping: Should you require expedited delivery services (e.g., Next Day Air or Priority Freight), additional surcharges will apply, regardless of the order total.
