If the product is returned in brand-new condition with no damage and remains in its original, unopened packaging, SHL will provide a Free Return Service, at same time ,we will charge 15% re-stock Fee and we don’t bare the shipping cost .

2.Defective or Damaged Products

Quality is our priority. If a product arrives with any manufacturing defects or functional flaws, we offer an Unconditional Free Return and cover the costs for the return pickup and transportation at no additional charge to you.
